Shawnee Party Bus Rentals

Busrentalshawnee.com is an advertising and quote comparison website — not a local party bus company and not a motor carrier. This site makes it easy for anyone who needs group transportation to fill out one quick form and compare party buses, amenities, and pricing from a large network of independently owned transportation companies serving Shawnee, Kansas and the surrounding KC metro. You're never limited to one fleet or one price point, because the network brings together options from multiple operators all in one place.

Fill out the 30-second online quote form with your pickup location, date, group size, and trip details. Once submitted, you'll land on a results page — powered by a national booking platform — showing available party buses, vehicle photos, amenities, and pricing from transportation companies serving your area. Review your options side by side, pick the party bus that fits your group and your budget, and book right online.

No account required. If you'd rather talk through the options, call 913-298-6222 any time and a live agent will help you put together the right package.

At Children's Mercy Park (1 Sporting Way, Kansas City, KS 66111), party buses and oversized vehicles are directed to the overflow lot near Orange Lot — entered from State Avenue and 110th. Drop-off for groups is along the east side of the stadium on Sporting Way, near the main gates. Parking lots open three hours before game time and close two hours after the match; buses are not permitted in the regular lots.

Rideshare pickup is directed to Lot P on the north end of the complex — a completely different location than where your party bus drops off and picks up, so confirm your post-match meeting point with your group before kickoff. On match days, Sporting Way and the lot access roads back up significantly; buses approaching from I-70 to Parallel Pkwy tend to move faster than the State Ave approach. Confirm current parking details on the Sporting KC parking page before your visit, since lot assignments can shift by event.

At T-Mobile Center (1407 Grand Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64106), party bus drop-off is along Oak Street, where passenger drop-off is open. There is no dedicated on-site party bus parking at T-Mobile Center — your bus drops the group and relocates, then returns for pickup. The closest staging options for oversized vehicles are at the Bartle Hall Convention Center parking structure and surface lots along Broadway Blvd nearby.

Here is the detail that matters most post-show: rideshare pickup is designated at 12th and McGee — a full block away from the Grand Blvd bus drop-off zone. Confirm your post-concert meeting point with your group before the opening act, so nobody ends up at the wrong curb when the crowd pours out. T-Mobile Center is approximately 17 miles east of Shawnee via I-35, about 20–30 minutes depending on traffic.

Check current access details on the T-Mobile Center parking and directions page before your event.

Kansas Speedway (400 Speedway Blvd, Kansas City, KS 66111) is one of the most bus-friendly large venues in the KC metro. Dedicated RV and bus parking is available in designated lots on the perimeter of the facility, and group drop-off is along Speedway Blvd on the main entrance side. The official Kansas Speedway transportation map names a dedicated Bus Lot and a Transportation Plaza near Gate C, giving your bus clear routing points separate from the numbered general parking lots.

Oversized vehicle parking is coordinated through the Kansas Speedway ticket and group services office — advance arrangements are required to secure a spot in the designated bus lots, so don't wait until race week. Kansas Speedway is approximately 2 miles from Children's Mercy Park, both sitting in the Village West entertainment district off I-70 and I-435 — making it easy to combine stops on one itinerary. NASCAR race weekends, typically in May and September, are among the highest-demand party bus weekends in the entire KC metro.

Book as early as possible — waiting until the week of a Cup Series race means higher prices and far fewer buses to choose from. Confirm current parking details by calling Kansas Speedway directly or visiting the Kansas Speedway plan your visit page before race day.

Concert nights at Azura Amphitheater (1800 Merriam Ln, Kansas City, KS 66106) are exactly what party buses were built for — and skipping the post-show traffic on Merriam Ln and the I-35 interchange is reason enough on its own. Bus drop-off is along Merriam Ln near the main entrance. There is no dedicated on-site party bus parking lot at Azura, so your bus drops the group and stages in nearby surface lots or along Merriam Lane until it's time for pickup.

Rideshare pickup is in a separate designated area away from the main entrance — confirm the post-show pickup location with your group before the first song, because the crowd exits fast and meeting points matter. Azura is approximately 10 miles northeast of Shawnee via I-35. The outdoor amphitheater concert season runs May through September, which overlaps with the busiest stretch of the year for party bus rentals across the KC metro.

Book your Azura party bus early — peak summer concert weekends fill up fast. Check current access details on the Azura Amphitheater plan your visit page before your show.

At Stormont Vail Events Center (1 Expocentre Dr, Topeka, KS 66612), bus drop-off is along Expocentre Dr on the main entrance side of the arena. Oversized vehicle parking is available in the surface lots surrounding the arena — no advance permit is required for most events, but sold-out concerts and graduation weekends fill the outer lots fast. Calling the venue ahead at (785) 235-2484 to confirm bus staging availability for your specific event is always a smart move.

Stormont Vail is approximately 60 miles west of Shawnee via I-70, about 55–65 minutes by party bus — making it a popular longer-distance run from the KC metro for concerts and major events. Confirm current parking details on the Stormont Vail Events Center parking page before your visit.

At Shawnee Civic Centre (13817 Johnson Dr, Shawnee, KS 66216), party buses can drop off and pick up in the main parking lot off Johnson Dr without advance coordination for standard events. The Civic Centre is open 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Sunday; see the Shawnee Civic Centre facility page for the current hours. Surface parking surrounds the facility, giving your bus plenty of room to pull in, load your group, and get rolling without the tight-curb headaches you'd face at a downtown Kansas City venue.

For large private events — banquets, receptions, corporate parties — contacting the Civic Centre directly at (913) 631-5200 to coordinate bus staging ahead of time is the smart move. The Shawnee Civic Centre is a common starting and ending point for Shawnee party bus itineraries heading east into Kansas City or north toward the Village West entertainment district.

Book at least three to six months out for the best party bus pricing and the widest selection of vehicles. For the highest-demand dates in the Shawnee and KC metro area, stretch that to six months or more. NASCAR race weekends at Kansas Speedway in May and September, Sporting KC playoff runs, sold-out concerts at Azura Amphitheater and T-Mobile Center, and New Year's Eve are the dates that disappear earliest — and when demand spikes, so do prices.

Prom season across the Shawnee Mission school district runs April through May and is one of the single busiest stretches of the year for party buses across all of Johnson County. Bachelorette and bachelor season peaks May through August. Waiting until the last minute almost always means higher rates, fewer buses to choose from, or both.

The earlier you compare, the better your options — call 913-298-6222 right now to lock in your date!
